Terms & Conditions
By joining Andreucci’s Wine Club, you hereby certify you are
21 years old or older and
agree with our Terms and Conditions.

Person(s) or Party Obligations:
There are no fees to join Andreucci Wine Club!
- By joining, you, the member(s), agree to a minimum of 1 year of 4 received and paid for Wine Club shipments. After 1 year, your membership is automatically renewed at no extra cost, ensuring uninterrupted access to our exclusive wines.
- Scheduled Wine Club orders go out 4 times per year. Any additional wines you order and receive during the year beyond these scheduled orders are not considered a scheduled wine club order. You are free to order these additional wines at any time, as often as you like.
- By joining, you agree to take control of your membership information.

(As a requirement for initial sign-up, any credit cards added must have a minimum expiration date of 1 year.)

- Properly RSVP for any events the Andreucci Family hosts (i.e., Wine Tasting Dinners, Wine Paired Lunches, Tuscany or Sicily Experience, etc.).

NOTE: These club features are only for the person(s) (including spouse) who holds the Andreucci Wine Club Membership.
Your wine club is non-transferable for any benefit, such as, but not limited to, membership glasses of wine at either location, events, travel experience, or discount on any product, wine, food, or merchandise.
Club Orders and Shipments:
- It’s crucial to note that the signature of an adult of 21 years or older is a legal requirement for wine delivery. If you’re shipping to a home address where someone 21 years old or older may not always be present during normal business hours, we recommend considering shipping your wine to a business address or to a local UPS location where you can pick it up at your convenience.
*Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses*
- Once your club order is released to UPS, we are not responsible for any delivery issues, changes, or reshipments. Please, contact UPS with your tracking information to adjust any delivery options.
- Suppose you find yourself in need of a reshipment of your wine due to a scheduling error for delivery. In that case, you will be charged an additional reshipment fee and handling charge, and contact info@vinoandreucci.com for any rescheduling.
- As a valued Wine Club Member, you will enjoy free shipping when you order 12 bottles or more. Additionally, free shipping is available anytime your total purchase reaches $400 or more in any one shipment order, including your Wine Club orders.
- You hereby authorize Andreucci Wine Room or Winery to charge your credit card automatically on our “Change By” date with a time stamp of midnight the morning of, not the evening. This authorized charge includes not only Andreucci wine at the discount price but also the shipping, handling, and taxes required. These dates will be sent via email on file to every Wine Club Member. Once authorized, NO REFUNDS will be issued!
Member also agrees that once their card is charged for a release, they will not contact their financial institution and request that they cancel the transaction or request a chargeback.
NOTE: Once an order is charged, it is considered purchased and non-refundable! The “Change By” date will be published in an email prior to each shipment.
NOTE: No order can be changed after payment is acquired or after the “Change By” date and time.
- All changes for processing a club order or your membership status (i.e., you want to go from 4 bottles to 6 bottles per shipment) must be done before the “Change By” date listed in the email you receive before each release.
These changes/updates can all be made in your wine club profile. (This includes but is not limited to any holds on shipments if you know you are out of town.)
REMINDER: If the wine for any order is returned to Andreucci because it could not be delivered for any reason, we will re-ship the wine at your instruction with an additional shipping, handling, and restocking fee or forego any free shipping you may have qualified for.
REMINDER: Purchases on wine orders, wine pairing dinners, and any events hosted by the Andreucci Family are non-refundable once charged, even if you choose not to reship your wine order or cancel date of event.
Returns:
- If you fail to make any necessary changes by the “Change By” date and time, you forfeit the right to swap, change out, or replace any wines, whether in Pick-up or Shipping status.
- If there are any wines you’d prefer to add or replace any wine to your order after the “Change By” date and time, you will forfeit a return in money and will have to purchase the replacement wine.
- As a member, you agree to authorize Andreucci to substitute a different vintage of a wine (or a different wine of equal or greater value) if the specified vintage designated for that shipment is depleted before shipment. However, if you choose to postpone your Pick-up or Shipment, you have no harm or foul on your end. We will hold onto your Pick-up or Shipment till our wines are replenished.
Complaints and Deficiencies:
- Complaints of any breakages and deficiencies found upon arrival of the goods must be immediately reported to the carrier with a written reservation on the delivery note. After 7 days of delivery, if there is no proof of written reservation with a response from UPS, the customer loses the right to make complaints of any kind. To show evidence of any damaged product, we also request you send a photo of the broken bottle, wine stains, all packaging issues, and UPS complaint forms with response to info@vinoandreucci.com.
- If you require a replacement of any wine you deem bad, our policy states you must return the empty wine bottle, the cork, and a small container of said wine to the Andreucci Wine Room for the Andreucci Family to examine.
Cancellations:
- In order to cancel your membership, you must meet the minimum requirement of 4 club orders, or 1 year, with the Andreucci Family.
- There is no excuse for canceling before 1 year or 4 club orders; this includes but is not limited to illnesses, death in the family, doctors’ notes, or injury. If we need to hold onto the wine orders for you until you are able to receive them, we will oblige. This does not mean a hold on your account with no quarterly orders and continue to benefit our Andreucci Wine Club privledges.
All wine club cancellations after 1 year or 4 club orders must be made 30 days prior to a wine club release via email to info@vinoandreucci.com
